Description
The NextGen Leadership Academy is an after-school club where students build confidence, develop self-advocacy skills, and grow as leaders. By learning from young changemakers in history and connecting it to today, students see how their voice can make a difference. Through games, projects, and real-world problem solving, students practice standing up against bullying, fostering empathy, finding fair ways to solve problems, and creating more inclusive school communities.
