Emerging Leaders Academy (ELA) @ Chavez is a free, cohort-based civic leadership program for students in grades 9–12 at Cesar Chavez Public Charter Schools for Public Policy. Through six interactive sessions featuring YDI’s Belonging Series, scholars strengthen their leadership, civic dialogue, digital citizenship, coalition-building, advocacy, and action skills.
