Students investigate community issues using data analytics, develop tech-driven solutions with cloud and AI tools, and create action plans that demonstrate digital civic leadership and democratic participation SCHEDULE FOR THE WEEK - Monday: Senate Scavenger Hunt - Tuesday: American Aspirations Exhibit @Smithsonian Castle (AM) and Bureau of Engraving and Printing (PM) - Wednesday: Air and Space Museum - Thursday: Arlington Food Assistance Center - Friday: Belmont - Paul Women's Equality Monument (AM) and Arlington County Board Member: JD Spain (PM) PROGRAM LOGISTICS - Program Hours: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM - Pick Up/Drop Off: Quincy Park Shelter at 1024. N. Nelson Street, Arlington VA 22201 (Monday - Friday Morning) - Friday Afternoon Pick Up @ Central Library at 1015. N. Quincy Street, Arlington, VA 22201 - Students will travel together by Metro and public transportation with YDI staff supervision throughout the week. - Metro transportation costs included. - Students should bring a backpack, refillable water bottle, packed lunch or spending money for lunch, and comfortable walking shoes each day.
